Making Slow Progress

...but it is progress, none the less. I have about ten days left...Yikes!

I put a fun border on the quilt...
 ...and on the back I decided to put the recipient's name.
This is what takes so long. The letters are fused down, and I use my old machine to zig zag the raw edges. Lots of curves on those letters means extra time and patience!
Hopefully by next week's update I will have it nearly quilted!

Interesting border! Will you show us a photo of the whole quilt when it is safe to do so? Please?! It's looking good!
