Little Green Quilters Update!

I am working on one of my wips! Here is the nearly finished patriotic Quilt of Valor. I sewed the binding to the right side of the quilt. I am pinning it down (using many many many pins) with the plan to machine stitch it rather than hand sew it to the back.

Here is Kit; I sewed her a spy cap...making clothing for the American Girl dolls is also on my wip list!

The pattern of Block 4 in the Bloggers' Block-a-palooza quilt along was posted and I got busy making it!

Julie ~ that quilt is going to be so bright and patriotic when you finish it! Can't wait to see the whole thing. And ... so glad that you decided to do the Palooza quilt along. I'll be making my Block 4 this afternoon...two blocks in one week is quite the pace compared to one block every two weeks in the Layer Cake Quilt Along!

Love the Quilt of Valor...I need to do more patriotic quilty things.

I admire everyones ambition getting in all the quilt alongs and challenges, but after I retired I didn't want any deadlines other than paying the mortgage on time and doing taxes before April 15th!

Love the firework fabric you used as the border on your QOV!

I like your patriotic quilt. My grandbabe got an American girl doll for Christmas...maybe I need to look into those patterns. Your projects are going great!
